40 hours per week
Monday to Friday 07:00 - 15:00. However, flexibility may be required to cover evening and weekend working to meet business needs

We are now seeking a Cleaning Manager to join our team at RAF Benson in Wallingford, OX10 6AA
What you’ll do
- Manage and run the cleaning department
- To plan, organise and coordinate all cleaning activity
- Ensure operational excellence within your area of responsibility for staff management and performance
- Continually monitor all cleaning standards and hygiene standards and ensure they are maintained at the highest level.
- To act as duty manager ‘on call’ and holiday/weekend cover as directed by line manager.
- To ensure standards of service detailed in the service level agreement and within the schedules of the contractual terms and conditions are achieved, maintained and developed
- Develop and maintain a positive internal and external network, including dealing with subcontractors as per SOPs.
What you bring:
- Demonstrate experience of working in a similar role within the service industry at a comparable level in a company
- Strong knowledge of health and safety and COSHH regulations and awareness of quality management systems e.g. ISO.
- Previous experience of managing and leading a team.
- Ability to prioritise and deploy resources effectively as well as an ability to make independent decisions.
- Ability to demonstrate working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
