Job Introduction
Join Sodexo as a Cleaner at a local distillery and take pride in delivering high standards of cleanliness and hygiene within a unique and fast-paced environment. You’ll play an important role in maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming site, supporting the smooth day-to-day operations alongside a dedicated team.

What you’ll do:
- Deliver a consistently high standard of cleaning across all designated areas, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and restroom cleaning.
- Proactively identify and carry out additional cleaning requirements, including deep cleans and special projects.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of stock and supply areas, ensuring all cleaning materials are well managed.
- Report any defects, repairs, or maintenance issues promptly to management.
- Work collaboratively with the wider team and provide support during site emergencies and ad-hoc requests.
- Complete all required documentation accurately and in line with company procedures.
What you bring:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a polite and courteous manner.
- Smart, professional appearance with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive, team-focused approach.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
- Flexible and reliable, able to support the team with cover for holidays and sickness when required.
- Full understanding of site emergency procedures and the importance of maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
