What you'll do:
- Carry out scheduled cleaning across offices, kitchens, meeting rooms, washrooms, and other site areas.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation throughout the site.
- Replenish essential consumables, including soap, toilet roll, hand sanitiser, and paper products.
- Follow all health and safety, infection control, security, and COSHH procedures.
- Wear the appropriate PPE and complete all required training.
- Report any maintenance issues, faulty equipment, or health and safety concerns to your Line Manager.
- Work flexibly to support colleagues by covering different areas of the site and providing holiday and absence cover when required.
- Take pride in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for staff, visitors, and customers.
What you bring:
- Experience working in a professional office environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of data protection and the importance of handling confidential information appropriately.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow procedures and maintain high standards.
- Willing to complete any training required for the role, including first aid and security awareness.
- Happy to undergo BPSS security clearance as required.
