Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest standards in line with daily service requirements
Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic kitchen environment
Support the Head Chef and kitchen team in daily operations
Ensure compliance with all Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations
Bring fresh ideas and contribute to a positive kitchen culture
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a busy kitchen
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and quality
Ability to work efficiently, both independently and as part of a team
Proactive approach to service and a passion for food
Access to onsite shop and gym
