About the Role
Lighthouse Social is a riverside members club within Fulham Pier, offering high quality food and hospitality in a fast paced but supportive environment. We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team, working consistent hours on a casual worker agreement.
Key Responsibilities
- Run your section during service
- Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
- Support junior chefs and work as part of a professional kitchen team
- Assist with prep, stock rotation and quality control
What We Are Looking For
- Experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie
- Passion for fresh food and quality cooking
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Good communication and teamwork
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
