Location: Four Acres, George Road, Kingston upon Thames, Surrey, KT2 7PD
Rate of Pay: £16.32 per hour
Working Hours: 40 hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, flexible shifts between 07:00–15:30 and 13:30–22:00

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional food in a dynamic kitchen environment? We are looking for a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join our team at Unilever Four Acres, one of our flagship corporate sites. In this newly created role, you’ll play a vital part in supporting the kitchen brigade to provide a first-class catering service to our client and their guests.
Support the Head and Sous Chef in delivering high standards of food production and hygiene.
Assist in the smooth running of the kitchen, maintaining quality, consistency, and compliance.
Lead sections during service and help coordinate the team as needed.
Contribute to menu development and ongoing improvement of the food offer.
Ensure adherence to food safety, health and safety, and all company compliance standards.
Work proactively and calmly under pressure, bringing strong communication and organisational skills.
Proven experience in a similar chef role within a high-paced environment.
Ability to multitask, work flexibly, and manage kitchen sections independently.
Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
A calm, positive, and professional approach in service and preparation.
No formal qualifications required, but experience is essential.
