Sodexo is looking for a talented and motivated Chef de Partie to join our catering team at Unilever 100 Victoria Embankment. You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality food while maintaining excellent standards of food safety, cleanliness and customer service in a busy corporate environment.
What you'll do
- Prepare and cook high-quality food to company standards.
- Support the Senior Head Chef with the day-to-day operation of the kitchen.
- Maintain excellent food hygiene, cleanliness and health & safety standards.
- Work proactively to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Prepare ingredients and dishes efficiently while maintaining quality.
- Work independently when required and contribute positively as part of the wider catering team.
- Help deliver an outstanding dining experience for customers.
What you bring
- Previous experience working as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role.
- A proactive approach and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- High standards of cleanliness and organisation.
- A passion for delivering quality food and excellent customer service.
