Chef de Partie | We're recruiting for two Chef de Partie opportunities across our premium corporate client sites in London, with vacancies available in the NW1 and King's Cross areas.

At Sodexo, you'll belong in a team where your culinary skills make a real impact. Working alongside the Head Chef and Sous Chef, you'll help deliver fresh, innovative and high-quality food while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, presentation and customer service.

What you'll do
- Prepare, cook and present fresh, high-quality dishes
- Take ownership of your designated kitchen section
- Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations
- Ensure food is prepared and presented to the highest standards
- Assist with menu development and seasonal food offers
- Check deliveries, record temperatures and store stock correctly
- Monitor food quality, freshness and stock rotation
- Minimise food waste and support sustainability initiatives
- Maintain a clean, organised and hygienic kitchen
- Complete food safety, HACCP and temperature records
- Support hospitality events and special functions
- Mentor and support junior members of the kitchen team
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Follow all food safety, health & safety and company procedures
What you'll bring
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role
- Professional cookery qualification or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of food preparation and presentation
- Excellent understanding of food safety and hygiene legislation
- Passion for producing exceptional food
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A proactive, flexible and positive approach
- Commitment to delivering consistently high standards
Desirable
- First Aid qualification
- Health & Safety knowledge
- Experience within a premium corporate, hotel or hospitality environment
- Experience supporting menu development and mentoring colleagues
