Salary: £16.45 per hour
Hours: 35 hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 15:00
Contract Type: Permanent Full Time

As a Chef de Partie at Sodexo, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality food services while maintaining excellent standards of food safety, hygiene and customer satisfaction. Working at Fortescue Zero HQ, you'll play an important role in supporting the catering operation and creating a positive dining experience for colleagues and visitors.

What you’ll do

• Prepare, cook and present high-quality meals in line with menu specifications
• Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the kitchen
• Maintain food safety, health and hygiene standards at all times
• Ensure all food is prepared and served to the highest standards
• Assist with stock control, ordering and minimising waste
• Support colleagues across the catering team as required
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Contribute to a positive and professional kitchen environment

What you bring

• Previous experience working as a Chef de Partie or in a similar catering role
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• A passion for food and delivering high-quality service
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexible and proactive approach to work
