Chef de Partie – Hospitality & Catering
Location: Wellington College, Duke's Ride, Crowthorne, Berkshire, RG45 7PU
Salary: £14.65 - £14.85 per hour + Excellent Benefits
Contract: Permanent, Term Time Only – 34 weeks
Hours: 40 hours per week
Working Pattern: 5 out of 7 days (including some weekend working)
Shift Times: Early 6:30am–3:00pm | Late 12:00pm–8:30pm
Enjoy school holiday periods off, including Christmas, Easter and half terms.

Join Sodexo at the prestigious Wellington College, where you’ll be part of a talented culinary team delivering exceptional food across the school’s catering operation.
This is a varied opportunity for a Chef de Partie who enjoys working with fresh ingredients, producing food to a high standard and supporting internal hospitality events, functions, VIP occasions and special events.
You’ll work alongside the Executive Head Chef and wider kitchen team, helping to deliver everything from high-quality daily catering to more refined hospitality and event menus. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in presentation, enjoys working to high standards and has an interest in fine-dining style food and hospitality.
With a combination of day-to-day catering and event work, no two days will be exactly the same.
