The Role
We are looking for a passionate and talented Chef de Partie to join our team at Brasserie Constance. Working closely with the Head Chef and Senior Kitchen Team, you will take ownership of your section, ensuring dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standard while contributing to an exceptional guest experience.
This is the perfect opportunity for a skilled chef who is passionate about quality ingredients, refined cooking techniques and working within a professional kitchen focused on excellence.
What You'll Be Doing
- Running your designated section during service.
- Preparing, cooking and presenting high-quality dishes to specification.
- Ensuring consistency, quality and attention to detail in every plate served.
- Supporting junior chefs and contributing to a positive kitchen culture.
- Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness.
- Assisting with stock control, ordering and minimising waste.
- Working collaboratively with the wider kitchen and front-of-house teams.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie ready for the next step.
- Passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients and modern British cuisine.
- Good knowledge of food safety and HACCP procedures.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to perform under pressure.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
- A team player who takes pride in their work and supports colleagues.
