  At Sodexo, we’re looking for a Business Support Analyst to join our team supporting the DLA Piper UK account.

  This is a varied role combining compliance, purchasing, financial administration and data analysis. You’ll work across a complex, multi-site account, helping our teams maintain accurate information, stay on top of compliance requirements and make informed decisions through clear and reliable reporting.

  Working closely with the Technical Services Manager, Finance Manager and facilities teams, you’ll be at the heart of keeping information moving and ensuring actions are followed through.

  What you’ll be doing

  • Maintaining compliance trackers and ensuring required evidence is accurate, current and easy to trace.
  • Coordinating maintenance reports, certificates, inspection records and other compliance documentation.
  • Tracking missing evidence, upcoming renewals, overdue inspections and remedial actions, following up with relevant teams.
  • Keeping account systems and document repositories up to date and ensuring information is correctly recorded.
  • Raising and administering purchase orders, checking supplier details, costs, coding and approvals.
  • Supporting invoice queries, expenditure reviews, forecasting and month-end reporting.
  • Analysing financial and operational data to identify trends, discrepancies and areas requiring attention.
  • Producing clear compliance, service performance and management reports.
  • Coordinating reporting deadlines and action logs across the UK account.
  • Supporting improvements to reporting templates and administrative processes to make information easier to manage and use.

• What you’ll bring

  We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with data, systems and people, and who takes pride in getting the detail right.

  You’ll ideally have experience in business support, contract support, compliance administration or an analytical role within facilities management, engineering or a similar service environment.

  You’ll also have:

  • Experience maintaining compliance records, document repositories or audit information.
  • Experience with purchase orders, invoice queries, cost coding or financial reporting.
  • Strong Excel skills, including lookups, pivot tables, reconciliation and data analysis.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing deadlines and follow actions through.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confidence working with different teams, including technical, finance, operational and supplier contacts.
  • A proactive approach to identifying gaps, resolving issues and improving processes.

• Experience working across a multi-site contract, within a corporate environment, or using CAFM/CMMS, Power BI or similar reporting systems would be advantageous.
