We are recruiting a Breakfast Chef to support a busy morning service at MARS Wrigley in Slough. This role is key to delivering a high-quality breakfast service in a fast-paced corporate environment, catering for 300–400 employees each morning. You’ll be responsible for cooking on the live omelette cooking station throughout the breakfast service, engaging with customers while maintaining excellent food standards.

Prepare and cook breakfast items, operating the live omelette bar for the duration of service.
Cater for 300–400 employees during the breakfast period, ensuring speed, quality, and consistency.
Deliver food on time and in line with agreed standards and client expectations.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of all kitchen and service areas.
Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations.
Work effectively both independently and as part of the wider kitchen team.
Culinary qualifications (e.g. NVQ) – preferred
Health & Safety Level 3 – preferred
Experience in contract catering is preferred
Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards
Confident working in a customer-facing, live-cooking environment
Reliable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
