As part of our Bid & Growth team, you’ll play a pivotal role in securing major contracts, influencing strategic direction and partnering with operational and commercial leaders to deliver high‑quality, client‑focused proposals.

We’re interested in speaking with talented individuals who can bring:
- Proven experience managing and leading complex bids, ideally within FM, outsourcing, professional services or other solution‑led environments.
- Strong project leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate multi‑disciplinary teams and drive clarity, pace and quality throughout the bid lifecycle.
- Excellent written communication and storytelling ability, with a flair for producing persuasive, client‑centric proposals.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to translate client needs into viable, competitive and innovative solutions.
- Experience working to tight deadlines, managing multiple priorities and maintaining high standards under pressure.
- For Bid Directors: experience shaping win strategies, influencing senior stakeholders and leading major, high‑value pursuits.
