What you'll do
- Welcoming guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Care about customer satisfaction and deliver the optimal client service experience
- Completing the Bar Cleaning Check Lists for Pre-Opening, during service and close-down of the Bar
- Product knowledge in our venues
- Serve wine, beer beverages responsibly
- Imputing orders onto the Till System and processing the card payments
- Ensuring that we are always working within the licensing laws
- Taking pride in the attention of detail of drink presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the bar area
- Empty glass and general waste bins, taking them to bin area at the end of shift
What you'll bring
- Must be over 18
- Previous hospitality or busy bar experience essential
- Thrives on working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Being friendly yet professional
- Being a team player
- Good attention to detail and punctuality
- Being proactive is key
- Confident behind a busy bar
