Hard Services Manager
Job Introduction
This is a fantastic opportunity to further your facilities management career. Based with Eli Lilly, Sodexo requires an experienced Hard Services Manager to oversee the delivery of Sodexo’s on-site services.
Role Responsibility
- The day to day management of the maintenance and operation for two prestigious sites.
- Management of the sub contracts for various Hard Services Disciplines.
- Developing and Implementing Maintenance plans to industry best practice
- To formulate, develop and implement systems that will ensure plant is maintained and operated in accordance with current legislation and to its optimum efficiency
- Provide technical and professional support to the Maintenance team, Engineering Supervisors and to the Client in order to develop a “team” approach
- Undertake regular client meetings
- Manage a multidiscipline engineering team
- Ensure the highest levels of Health and Safety are achieved across the site
The Ideal Candidate
- You will have a broad M&E experience, ideally with a strong electrical background
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with ability to work with senior client figures
- Proven experience of managing and developing employees within a service environment and maximising the performance of the team
- A sound understanding of implementing and operating robust Safe Systems of work to ensure the safe and compliant delivery of Hard Services
- Ability to manage a P and L account
