Join Sodexo as a Weekend Breakfast Chef at Diageo Shieldhall and bring your culinary skills to life in a supportive, high-quality food service environment. In this standalone weekend role, you’ll be responsible for preparing and delivering a high standard of breakfast service to our clients on-site. If you enjoy working independently and thrive in a kitchen environment, this could be the perfect opportunity.
Prepare and serve high-quality breakfast dishes in line with menu and service standards
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene are maintained in the kitchen at all times
Follow all food safety, health, and safety procedures
Manage portion control and stock levels effectively
Communicate with the General Service Manager for any supply or maintenance needs
Food Safety Level 2 certification (essential)
Proven experience in a similar chef or cook role
Ability to work independently with confidence
Good understanding of food hygiene standards
Strong organisational and time management skills
