What you'll do

• Greet staff and visitors and ensure they adhere to the required security protocols
• Conduct regular patrols, ensuring a visible and reassuring presence
• Complete detailed handovers and report on any incidents
• Monitoring of CCTV coverage and responding to unplanned activity accordingly
• To liaise closely with statutory authorities dealing with incidents and to provision of information.
• Maintain continuous monitoring of site radio systems adhering to radio system procedure at all times
• To be professional, pleasant, friendly, courteous and helpful at all times whilst carrying out duties to the highest standard.
• To support Sodexo with 24 hours security operations on site.
• Liaison with security officers and front of house manager with regard to planning of daily and rota shift pattern.

What you'll bring

• SIA Frontline Guarding License
• PC Literate with an imtermediate knowledge of Microsoft products.
• Experience of time management.
• Proven experience as a corporate security officer or similar positions
• An eye for detail, with strong observational and communication skills
• Ability to handle emergencies calmly and effectively
• An understanding of security practices and processes
