Location: Diageo Shieldhall, Glasgow

Working Pattern: 4 On 4 Off -42 Hours per week. Day Shift 6am -6pm Night Shift 6pm-6am

Salary: £13.95 per hour + Sodexo rewards and benefits.

Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time

We’re looking for a reliable and proactive Security Officer to join our team at Diageo Shieldhall in Glasgow. You’ll play a key role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our people, assets and clients by delivering a high standard of service on site.

What you’ll do:

• Ensure the security and safety of the site through regular patrols and monitoring
• Carry out access control, identification checks and vehicle checks
• Respond appropriately to incidents and emergencies
• Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records
• Operate security systems including CCTV and control room equipment
• Provide excellent customer service to staff, visitors and contractors
  

What you bring:

• A current and valid Security Guard SIA licence
• First Aid qualification
• Previous experience in a security role
• Strong communication skills and confidence in dealing with people
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
• Basic PC literacy and willingness to learn site-specific systems
• Full UK driving licence
