Working at the Home of the Royal Navy Fleet, this is a unique opportunity to join a Global Organisation with over 430,000 staff worldwide, and support our Armed Services Personnel as a Receptionist within accommodation reception at HMNB Portsmouth, PO1 3HH
What you’ll do:
- Respond to queries at reception desk and incoming calls
- Create paperwork for arrivals
- Checking in and out
- Deliver and maintain customer service at all times, ensuring client satisfaction
- Process all information with discretion and strict confidentiality in order to comply with data protection and other security requirements
- Maintain a high standard of a well kept reception/entry area to ensure visitors journey starts with a positive impression
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area at all times
What you bring:
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft applications
- Available to work flexible pattern
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Good customer service skills
