The Den - Home to Millwall football club, founded in 1885, 140 years ago as Millwall Rovers.
Managing the full operation of the lounge during matchdays and events.
Leading, motivating, and supporting a team of bar staff, supervisors, and runners to deliver excellent service.
Coordinating with kitchen, floor, and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Handling customer queries and resolving any issues with professionalism and care.
Monitoring stock levels, ensuring correct storage and rotation of products.
Previous management or supervisory experience in a bar, lounge, hotel, or events venue.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and direct a team in a high-pressure environment.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
A proactive, hands-on approach and the confidence to make quick decisions.
A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and large-scale matchdays/event
