Kitchen Porter

O'Connell Street, Dublin 1 - Permanent

What you'll do

  • Support the kitchen team with daily cleaning duties, including dishwashing and pot washing, to company standards

  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, food service counters, tables, and condiment stations at all times

  • Assist with receiving, checking, and decanting deliveries in line with company procedures

  • Set up, replenish, and maintain food service counters as required during service

  • Follow all food safety, hygiene, and HACCP regulations when handling and storing food and beverages

  • Ensure waste is disposed of correctly and work areas are kept safe and organized

  • Comply with all health, safety, and company policies to ensure a safe working environment

  • Participate in training to maintain and continuously improve service and hygiene standards

What you'll bring

  • A strong work ethic and willingness to support the kitchen team in a fast-paced environment

  • Good awareness of hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards (HACCP knowledge is an advantage)

  • Ability to follow instructions and company procedures consistently

  • A positive, reliable, and flexible attitude toward duties and shift patterns

  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of personal hygiene and appearance

  • Ability to work well as part of a team and communicate effectively

  • Awareness of health and safety practices in a kitchen environment

  • Willingness to learn and undertake training as required
