About the role
We currently have an opportunity for a casual Kitchen Porter to join our amazing team at Café Portrait. This is a great opportunity for driven individuals to succeed in a fast and innovative catering facility. What you'll do
- Wash and clean dishes, glassware, cutlery, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, work surfaces, floors, and storage
- Ensure waste is disposed of correctly and recycling procedures are followed
- Help FOH team to clean the tables in the café
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations
What you'll bring
- Previous kitchen or catering experience is beneficial but not essential
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced café and restaurant environment
- Strong attention to cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Flexible availability, including weekends
- Must have the legal right to work in the UK
