Contract and Finance Administrator (Part-time)
Job Introduction
As Contract and Finance Administrator for our HESTIA South MOD contract, you'll ensure accurate invoice production for the customer and client of sub contractor services and functions, you'll also work on the contract variation process and provide general administrative support where required.
We are flexible in terms of working hours and location, you could work 9.30 to 14.30 5 days per week or spread the 25 hours over three days - whatever works for you, as long as deadlines are met and delivery achieved. You could work from any of our HESTIA South sites across Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Hampshire

Role Responsibility
- Maintain all areas of responsibility to the set service standards and in line with applicable service offer
- Monitor the performance of third party suppliers or contractors as required to ensure they meet the agreed service level agreements e.g. waste, laundry, tailoring and window cleaning
- Work with finance manager to ensure that period enabling costs are accounted for and invoiced accordingly
- Inform general managers and sub-contractors of all contract amendments
- Liaise with sub contractors with any price changes and issues raised by clients
- Work collaboratively with general managers and client stakeholders
- Communicate and meet with client representative to seek invoice approval
- Assist in administration and completion of the sub contractor services and function invoicing as required
- Provide support for any additional ad-hoc administration services provided as required
The Ideal Candidate
- Administration skill set
- Good knowledge of Microsoft applications with excellent Excel skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and time management
- Able to build relationships at all levels within the organisation and externally with sub contractors, and the client
Desirable
- Experience of working within military environment
- Experience of Financial administration
