As an Administrative Assistant at Sodexo, based in Nuffield Health Parkside Hospital, 53 Parkside, London , you’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless and supportive experience for patients and visitors. You’ll be highly organised, an excellent communicator, and thrive in a dynamic healthcare environment. What you’ll do:
Administrative tasks undertaken in an organised manner.
Sodexo Month End: Review and provide accruals/cost information to Site Manager to close month end; raising and credit notes.
Kronos: Weekly and Monthly Payroll processing for all UK sites (overtime, sickness, absence); providing reports to site managers.
Support sites with Payroll-related queries (new starters, leavers, processing changes of conditions, holiday/sickness allocation).
Day-to-day business support (general administrative site queries, Solutionline request creation, OTV request processing, seeking resources to deliver guidance to Sodexo colleagues and managers).
Work collaboratively with Sodexo Accounts Payable to ensure supplier invoice issues are effectively and efficiently dealt with.
Highlight any issues or risks that may impact the successful delivery of the contract.
Develop and maintain effective financial processes and reconciliations across the contract.
Carry out any other reasonable requests raised by managers.
Handle ad hoc requests for contract information.
Attend an annual PDR with Line Manager; agree and take ownership of PDR and training and development needs.
Attend Company Training Courses and Meetings as requested.
What you bring:
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and other basic IT systems
- A strong team spirit and excellent communication skills
- The ability to stay calm, focused, and organised under pressure
- Previous admin experience is a plus — but a positive attitude and dedication to service are what really count
