Workplace Experience and IFM Transformation Lead

Location: South of England

Contract Type: Full time, permanent

Salary: £80,000-£85,000 per annum

Role Benefits: 5k car allowance, 15% operational bonus, flexible benefits fund.
 

Purposeof the Job:

In this pivotal role, you'll create and implement innovativeworkplace and Facilities Management strategies, tailored to the client’s uniqueculture and their global market. You'll lead cross-functional teams to deliverexceptional workplace experiences that align with the company’s organisationalgoals, while adhering to UK workplace regulations and global standards.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive workplace experience and integrated facilities management strategy for the client’s locations and new campus.
  • Lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams to deliver seamless workplace and IFM solutions across the client’s UK locations.
  • Analyse workplace and FM data and trends specific to the company to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with the client’s leadership team to understand their unique needs within the global context.
  • Implement innovative technologies and processes to enhance workplace efficiency and user experience, aligning with the client’s tech-forward approach.
  • Foster a culture of inclusivity and belonging across the workplaces, reflecting both companies' diversity initiatives.
  • Present workplace experience solutions to the client’s and Sodexo senior leadership, addressing UK-specific challenges and opportunities.

PersonSpecification:

  • Experience in workplace strategy and facilities management within the UK market.
  • Proven track record in building and delivering transformation programmes across high-profile corporate brands.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams in a UK context.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and implement new workplace concepts.
  • Experience in change management and stakeholder engagement within UK corporate cultures.
  • Knowledge of UK-specific sustainability initiatives and wellness programmes in workplaces.
  • In-depth knowledge of emerging workplace technologies and IoT solutions across FM and workplace.
  • Multi-site workplace management experience across various UK regions.
  • Successful large-scale workplace services transformation projects.
  • Experience in leading Integrated Facilities Management solutions to multiple high-profile brands/clients.
