Workplace Experience Lead

We are currently looking for a Workplace Experience Lead to join our team. You will be responsible for the Front of House service stream on site, ensuring that an outstanding customer service is received across the board. You will also be the first point of contact for facilities related queries.
We are looking for candidates who will actively champion and promote guest satisfaction to the highest standard. If you have proven experience leading Front of House teams and a good working knowledge of Health and Safety, we want to hear from you!
Role Responsibility
- To take responsibility for Front of House service stream and ensure that a 5 star customer service is experienced by all
- First point of contact for building occupants on facilities related queries
- To be visible to all users and build relationships with all levels of user
- To ensure the floor area is compliant to Health and Safety and environmental procedure
- Report all faults and issues to the relevant service partner as directed by the service manager
- Oversee the completion of Health & Safety and Building Inductions for all visitors and new members of staff
- Epos cashing up and banking of all monies, ensuring all company procedures are carried out
- Co-ordinate Facilities Assistant and Workplace Experience Coordinator duties
- To have a full working knowledge of the building including all services
- Ensure that the highest standard of customer service is maintained in line with contractual requirements

- Experience leading Front of House Teams
- Knowledge of Health and Safety procedures
