Workplace Experience Coordinator

Job Introduction

Do you pride yourself on providing a 5 star customer service experience? Are you proactive, organised and an effective communicator?

We currently have an opportunity for a Workplace Experience Coordinator to join our team, to be the first point of contact for building users who require facilities support. This is a key role where no two days will be the same! You will gain a full working knowledge of the building including all services delivered on site, ranging from reception to hospitality, and look at ways to develop the service offer.

The ideal candidate will be a customer focused individual with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels. A good working knowledge of building services and Health & Safety procedures would be desirable.

 

Role Responsibility

  • To provide an excellent customer service experience to users of an allocated floor plate area
  • To ensure that the site rules are followed and to assist the building users in adhering to these
  • To report all faults and issues to the relevant service partner as directed by the site services manager
  • To monitor and service the vend hubs and stationery hubs in the allocated areas, top up consumables as required
  • To deliver Hospitality and clear away within Legislative guidelines
  • To work as part of the business support team and use the maintenance helpdesk to log work orders
  • To provide an induction support to building users as part of the AstraZeneca new Starter Onboarding process
  • To have a full working knowledge of the building including all services and day to day office equipment
  • To ensure all meeting rooms are fully operational and are appropriately laid out for meetings
  • Conduct floor walks to ensure a high level of service delivery
  • Inductions – provided for new starters and Health and Safety inductions provided on an ad hoc basis where required
