Technical Services Coordinator

London - Full time

We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Technical Services Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation in London W2 6BD.

As a Technical Services Coordinator you'll: 

  • Diagnose and Fix Basic issues with building services, furniture, fixtures and fittings, including all fabric of the buildings
  • Basic electrical, plumbing, mechanical, carpentry, painting & decorating tasks
  • Act as main point of contact for building management system and computerised maintenance management system
  • Conduct risk assessments for standard tasks prioritising safety
  • Help plan and schedule tasks and ensure they are completed on time
  • Step in for facilities coordinator when needed
  • Respond to urgent alarms and non urgent alarms in accordance with SLA targets
  • Maintain, tools, equipment and PPE ensuring a good working condition

What we're looking for:

  • 5 years experience in building services
  • Technical qualification in electrical/ mechanical skill- City and Guilds parts 1,2,3 Electrical or equivalent & 18th edition IEE regs is desired
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Numerate and Computer Literate
  • Regulated working background
  • 5 Years experience leading/ managing teams with good leadership skills and able to make decisions and take responsibility
  • Good Team player
