Talent Acquisition Resourcing Advisor

Job Introduction

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Resourcing Advisor to join our growing and award winning team! You will be responsible for partnering with our stakeholders and delivering the recruitment support, whilst promoting Sodexo as an Employer of Choice where you will act with purpose and thrive in your own way.

This role is home based but there will be a requirement for occasional travel to either the London or Manchester office.

What you will do 

  • Manage the recruitment requests throughout the end-to-end recruitment process ensuring utilisation of best practices and adhering to all SLAs
  • Manage and plan strategy for any large campaigns or recruitment requirements, utilising support from senior resourcing advisor / segment lead if necessary
  • Utilise all attraction methods in line with overall attraction strategy including use of the relevant social media site
  • Arrange interviews as requested within SLAs
  • Prepare offer paperwork as required within SLAs
  • Point of contact for candidate queries
  • Ensure you are present online 
  • Support managers with use of the ATS system
  • Conduct calls with stakeholders required as necessary ensuring brand affirming, best practice stakeholder management
  • Ensure you are delivering expert advise to hiring managers through market insights when requested and understanding of the market / business

Package Description

  • Talent Acquisition Resourcing Advisor
  • £28,500 + Annual Bonus
  • Monday - Friday
  • 40 hours per week (8:30am - 5pm)
  • Permanent position
  • Remote working with occasional travel
