Talent Acquisition Resourcing Advisor

A Talent Acquisition Recruitment Advisor is currently being sought to join our new recruitment team. You will have the chance to support significant recruitment drives, social media campaigns, and attraction strategies in this busy role. You will be in charge of overseeing the entire hiring procedure and making sure the highest calibre of service is provided.

This role will be Monday – Friday and you will primarily work from home, having regular contact with the wider team virtually. 

Role Responsibility

  • Provide accurate and efficient administrative support to the Resourcing function including; Writing adverts, CV screening, arranging interviews and preparing offer paperwork
  • Provide a helpful, highly responsive and customer friendly service to all customers
  • Provide Resourcing support to internal customers with recruitment process queries, provision of selection tools and technical questions surrounding the Resourcing system
  • Build a pipeline of candidates for the main job families, utilizing the CRM system
  • Work to deliver against KPIs of time to hire and agency spend
  • Work with Recruitment Segment manager to deliver effective recruitment campaigns
  • Be a true ambassador by promoting Sodexo’s social media presence, through activity and engagement managers use of these tools
  • Carrying out Interviews on behalf of the client.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Ability to demonstrate some experience of what excellence looks like in the end-to-end Resourcing process
  • Committed to provide a helpful, friendly, responsive service
  • Well-organised, with the ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Some understanding of attraction strategies and social tools used to drive campaigns
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good communication skills

Package Description

Talent Acquisition Recruitment Advisor

  • £24,960 per annum plus up to 5% bonus and benefits 
  • Monday - Friday (8:30am - 5pm)
  • Working from home with the occasional travel
  • All travel is prepaid and funded centrally
  • Full training provided
