Talent Acquisition Business Partner
Job Introduction
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner with exceptional stakeholder management, influencing and collaboration skills to join our Talent Acquisition team at Sodexo. You’ll be obsessed with providing an awesome candidate, hiring manager and recruiter experience, know exactly how and where to locate, engage and direct source the best talent in the market and be passionate about ED&I and delivering a resourcing service to our business that truly lives and breathes our values enabling us to meet our Social Impact Pledge commitments.
You’ll be accountable for the end-to-end resourcing and recruitment process - from developing brand and attraction campaigns (including compelling copy writing), to direct sourcing and market mapping to understand the talent landscape, you’ll develop fit for purpose assessment and selection methods and build talent pipelines to support succession planning. As an integral part of our team, you’ll help us to achieve quality, time, cost, sourcing mix and candidate and hiring community experience KPIs.

You’ll be home based with some national travel and keep in regular contact with your wider team through technology.
Role Responsibility
Branding & Attraction Strategies - Accountable for developing and delivering brand and attraction interventions for the relevant job families, ensuring that those job families have a compelling presence in the market,
Operational Delivery - Accountable for delivery against KPIs of quality, time, cost, sourcing mix and candidate/line manager experience etc, each reported against.
Workforce Planning - Wherever possible to use historical and qualitative data (primarily gained through engagement with the HR and Line communities) to forecast demand and prioritise resourcing activity accordingly
Campaign Planning - Ensure that for every hire (or cluster of hires) there is a robust up-front planning process which captures the need, the sourcing plan, the selection approach, clarifies roles and decision-makers, blocks time in diaries and points the hiring manager to useful sources of guidance
Sourcing Excellence - Strive to directly source candidates for roles using a range of creative practices. Utilise the ATS candidate database as a source to engage registered candidates and the online tools to attract the passive candidate, thus creating a mix of sourcing methods to develop a rich pipeline of talented individuals for the given job roles. 'Tier' the approach to direct sourcing vs. soliciting 3rd party support as appropriate. Accountable for briefing 3rd parties and assuring Sodexo receives a high quality service from them.
Administrative Excellence - Ensure that for all resourcing activity, roles and candidates are effectively logged and tracked on the ATS, that all core processes are constantly followed, that required documentation is produced and processed and that both candidates and hiring managers are effectively briefed and fed back to throughout the process
Continued Development of Hiring Capability - Engage hiring managers at every turn to build their capability in promoting Sodexo as a great place to work, and in particular building capability in selecting candidates and effectively managing the offer and on-boarding elements of the process.
The Ideal Candidate
- Experienced recruiter either agency or in-house
- Effective sourcing understanding and capability; experience of fully utilising ATS system(s), proven track record in utilising creative and effective ways to source and engage the calibre of candidates we wish to attract directly
- Sound knowledge and experience with different effective selection and assessment techniques
- Confidence, organisation and interpersonal skills to be able to approach passive candidates
- Strong Influencing facilitation and coaching skills with exceptional stakeholder management skills
- Customer focused with a collaborative approach
- Natural sales and marketing flair
- Highly organised with effective time management
Package Description
Up to £40,000 per annum plus benefits and bonus
