Sodexo Property Professional Services are delighted to launch our 2024 Talent Academy, providing exciting early career opportunities for aspiring built environment professionals.    
Based in our Belfast office, candidates will be working on some of the largest, most complex government estate portfolios across the UK & Ireland, supporting our multi-disciplinary teams deliver strategic aims on behalf of our clients, including the optimisation, transformation and decarbonisation of their assets.
We have a variety of student placement opportunities available for Summer ’24 across the following disciplines; 

•           Architectural Technology (Asset Management)
•           Project Management
•           Quantity Surveying
•           Sustainability, Environment & Energy
 
About this role
Sodexo has an exciting opportunity for a Sustainability Environment and Energy Analyst to join our team in this 12 month placement.
  
As a Sustainability Environment and Energy Analyst, you will be supporting  the decarbonisation of our client’s estate, collecting and analysing data and assisting in detailed technical analysis that will lower the cost and environmental impact of operating extensive property portfolios across the UK.
 With a proactive approach and drive to improve your skills, you will be utilising existing data sets and develop reporting to link utility performance with asset management, projects and operational use of the buildings
 You will contribute to the business growth by supporting the delivery of the Building Energy Management Systems (BEMS) Helpdesk whilst fully complying with the Information Security requirements of the contract
