Sodexo Live! have a fantastic opportunity for a Staffing Coordinator to join our first-class team at Amex Stadium, the home of Brighton Football Club!
Sodexo Live! support with the hospitality at Brighton and Hove Football club both on Match Days and for Events, this is an exciting time to join us as work is being completed to update and improve the hospitality lounges making all events and match day dining a really special experience for customers.

We are looking to recruit a Staffing Coordinator to join the HR team where you will provide people management support to a casual workforce onsite.
This includes working with the operational managers to understand the staffing needs on site and help devise a plan to recruit casual staff, onboard them, manage their time sheets and pay, their holiday requests and also use the onsite time attendance system to effectively plan a roster for all staff.
This is a fast paced, demanding yet rewarding role where you will be an integral part of the team ensuring we are able to deliver all services to guests by recruiting and supporting a successful workforce of talented individuals.

Main Responsibilities
What you’ll do:
- Support the Staffing Manager in delivering the recruitment/staffing requirements for match day and the conference & events business at Brighton & Hove Football Club (BHAFC).
- Work across several areas of the business e.g. recruitment, hospitality, retail, boxes operation
- Ensure effective Recruitment and Selection of staff for Brighton & Hove Football Club.
- Promote Sodexo Live! as the preferred employer both internally and externally, by adhering to the company recruitment policies
- To provide proactive support to the business, ensuring consistent delivery of the Staffing/HR strategy
- To be responsible for day to day operation and supervision of a staff check-in account
- Proactively assist in the recruitment of casual employees.

The Ideal Candidate
What you bring:
- CIPD qualified or part qualified desirable
- Experience of working in the event industry
- Experience working in a Staffing function
