Spanish speaking Operations/HR Manager (3m FTC)

Job Introduction

We are looking for a Spanish speaking Operational Manager on a 3months FTC to join our team at UCL and support with a staff management Project.

Our service at UCL is responsible for cleaning, portering, and recycling and waste management across. We clean both academic and residential sites which covers over 160 separate buildings.

Responsibilities
Some of your responsibilities will focus on undertaking return to work meetings and absence review meetings (and any relevant follow up actions) with staff and support with the organisation of diaries for other members of the senior management team to also meet with staff.

Ideal Candidate
Specifically, we require an individual with experience of operations management (account manager level or above) including the management of staff such as sickness absence, disciplinaries, etc.

Fluency or strong proficiency in Spanish is required for this position, as many of our staff members have limited or no English proficiency. Additionally, proficiency in Portuguese is a plus, though not mandatory.

You'll need to be prepared to start your day at 5am or 6am, since many of our staff members are scheduled for shifts from 5 to 8am.
