Location: Grays, Essex
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 & excellent range of employee benefits

Are you an experienced Soft Services Manager or a Catering / Cleaning Manager who is ready for a new challenge?
Sodexo have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced soft services professional to lead our onsite team and work alongside our prestigious manufacturing client.
You will manage the teams who oversee the Catering, Cleaning, and onsite shop services. Ensuring a consistently high standards, customer satisfaction and ongoing development of the team & overall service.
Working hours for this role are across the core hours of 6am – 4pm Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work requirement.

About You
Experience and knowledge requirement for this role:
- Experience in operational contract, managing various contracted services.
- A pro-active attitude and can be flexible in relation to duties and working hours.
strong organizational and planning skills and have the ability to prioritize and manage their time effectively.
- The ability to communicate clearly is seen as essential to staff, management, customers, Client and external personnel.
- Demonstrable success in developing and supporting of personnel including on-boarding, training and HR
- Experience of designing and delivering to targets to achieve quality standards, customer satisfaction and profit margins.
- Experience of delivering financial targets
- Experience of customer service and in particular customer relationship management
- IT & systems literate, use of IT systems to provide/monitor data within the Quality Assurance and other management reporting systems.
- Understanding of pest control management will be an advantage.
