Service Delivery Manager
Job Introduction
As a Service Delivery Manager at Sodexo you will play a pivotal role in the success of our business, creating a customer-focused environment and ensuring a high level of proactive customer service.
You'll form part of our fantastic Service team, who work across all segments of the Sodexo business and directly with a number of our clients, which means you'll benefit from exposure to the public sector, corporate, education and healthcare industries. You'll manage a variety of suppliers and third-parties who help us to deliver the top-class service our clients expect, and will have the autonomy and responsibility to do this in your own way. Your role will encompass managing service review meetings, working on feedback loops, ensuring compliance and generally making sure that we deliver effective, efficient, value-led services
What you'll do:
- own the service delivery to support Sodexo customers and colleagues across multiple clients and industries
- build strong relationships with all levels of stakeholder to ensure we meet of exceed the agreed service levels, resulting in highly satisfied customers
- act as a trusted technical contact, providing advice on potential solutions to issues or problems
- manage third-party suppliers and drive service improvements and quality for our customers
What you'll bring:
- proven Service Delivery Manager experience
- ITIL certification and expertise
- exposure to Agile methodologies in projects
- experience of implementing new IT standards and frameworks
- previous experience working in a Managed Services industry
- excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a strong customer focus
