Data Governance Manager
As a Data Governance Manager at Sodexo, you'll manage multiple data projects related to data quality and data governance improvements, as well as introduce new data policies, standards, documentation and best practices. What you'll do:
- Lead various data projects, working in conjunction with Global IT and other data domains
- Establish and maintain the roadmap on data management projects and initiatives for supply management for Sodexo across our regions and global organisation
- Be a change agent for good data practices by monitoring and enforcing data policies, standards, and processes
- Drive improvements to data quality and data maturity
- Contribute to the identification of solutions to enable the improvements of data management (automation, governance, access, quality, security, reference, and master data management)
What you'll bring:
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with a range of internal and external stakeholders at all seniority levels
- Experience working with data from multiple sources, with a process driven orientation
- Experience of managing data governance and/ or reporting structures
- Demonstrated experience of data governance and/or project management in a similar sized organization
- Experience creating and aligning global data policies
