Job Introduction

Sodexo have an amazing opportunity for you to join our dedicated team as a Service Delivery Manager, here at RAF Benson.

You'll be responsible for the daily management, co-ordination and control of all operational activity across the site.

This role will require fantastic people management skills including general HR skills in recruitment, training and managing employee performance including disciplinary and grievance procedures.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have proven success in:

working as part of a team on a rotational pattern, managing the operational services whilst ensuring high standards of service are achieved
planning, organising and managing the delivery of all guest services within the operational business area (catering experience is a must)
contributing to the growth of all services in order to meet client and commercial expectations whilst maintaining strict budgetary and cost control.
