Food and Beverage Manager - Events

We are looking for a Senior Event Operations Manager who is an expert in Food and Beverages to join our team based at the ACC Liverpool and Exhibition Centre.
You will be responsible for the food and beverage function, leading, developing and motivating a high-performing team to deliver exceptional events which is the core objective of this role.
You will be an expert in hospitality, perhaps you have worked as a restaurant manager and are looking for something a bit different where you can use your skill set to support with the fantastic events on offer at the ACC Liverpool!
To be successful you will need to be a strong organiser who can adapt to a wide range of fast paced environments and be able to deliver events efficiently and on budget.

Role Responsibility
- To be fully accountable and responsible for all events from start to finish – planning, delivery and post event
- To take events from operational planning to successful delivery, ensuring the success of each event
- Assist the Account Management team in ensuring that all operational requirements for each event are met
- Attend and chair weekly operation meetings
- Lead the operations team to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity of staff
- Communicate with the client of each event and co-ordinate their requests

Package Description
Up to £30,000 per annum
