Central London | Prestigious Global Client 
Monday to Friday | 40 hours/week

£50,000 to £55,000 per annum + Excellent Sodexo Benefits Package

Your Impact:

As Hospitality Manager, you’ll orchestrate seamless service across executive floors, board-level meetings, and high-profile internal events. You’ll manage and inspire three key team leads and a wider service team, setting a gold standard for delivery, professionalism, and guest experience.

Lead a high-performing team.

Inspire, mentor and support staff across multiple locations
 Foster a “One Team” culture to unite service functions
 Drive performance, engagement and development

Deliver 5-star service operations.

✨ Ensure flawless execution of executive meetings and events
 Coordinate with Sodexo departments to deliver a seamless journey
 Maintain pristine floor presentation with IFM and cleaning teams

Engage with senior stakeholders.

Build trusted partnerships with PAs, executives, and decision-makers
 Tailor experiences to meet individual expectations
 Proactively gather feedback and drive service improvements

Drive compliance and continuous improvement.

️ Ensure H&S, Food Safety, and Allergen Compliance
 Manage event reporting, vendor performance, and forecasting
 Contribute to strategic planning alongside the Account Manager


What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven leadership in executive hospitality or fine dining

  • A passion for impeccable service and attention to detail

  • Experience managing multi-site or multi-service teams

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage at C-suite level

  • Confidence managing high-pressure, dynamic environments

  • Knowledge of H&S, compliance (IOSH preferred)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospitality management systems
