What you’ll do:
  • Manage and strengthen the relationship between different segments and Supply Management, being the voice for each within the other.
  • Maximise the implementation of Supply Management initiatives, ensuring strategic alignment and improved commercial benefits.
  • Take charge in the bid process for medium and complex contracts, coordinating with Bid Directors and Managers to ensure efficient links to Supply Management teams.
  • Represent Supply Management in the mobilisation and demobilisation of medium and complex contracts, facilitating a seamless transition.
  • Understand and communicate the key drivers of the segment marketplace back to the Supply Management to aid our strategic planning.
  • Ensure the appropriate supply chains are used for bids and then mobilisations.
 
What you bring:
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of effectively communicating at all organisational levels.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships within the business.
  • Strong ability to influence, particularly in regard to company policies and processes.
  • Organised, methodical, and self-motivated with an ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Understanding of the commercial impact of varying business models in the organisation.
  • Financial acumen, capable of analysing data and making recommendations to improve gross margins and sales.
  • Demonstrable ability to prioritise work load based on business urgency and demand.

What we offer: 

Circa £55,000 DOE + Annual Bonus + Excellent benefits package
