Location: Diageo, Blythswood
Working Pattern: 4 on 4 off rotation (4 days, 4 off, 4 nights)
Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time (42 hours per week)
Hourly Rate: £13.10

We're looking for a professional, confident Security Officer to join our team at our client's site in Blythswood. This is a high-profile location where your vigilance, customer service and sense of responsibility will help keep people, assets and information safe and secure. You’ll be part of a supportive and structured environment, with access to training, progression and a range of employee benefits.

Main Responsibilities

Ensure a safe, secure environment for staff and visitors by patrolling and monitoring premises
Respond effectively to incidents, alarms or emergencies in line with site procedures
Control access to the building, check identification and maintain visitor logs
Operate security systems, including CCTV, radios and access control
Complete detailed and accurate incident reports and documentation
Provide a visible and approachable security presence throughout your shift

Ideal Candidate

Holds a valid SIA Security Guard licence (essential)
Holds a valid First Aid qualification (essential)
Confident, flexible and able to adapt quickly to different scenarios
Basic PC knowledge and ability to use standard IT systems
Reliable, with strong communication and observation skills
Holds a full UK driving licence (essential)
Aged 18 or over due to licensing requirements
