Salary: £13.10 per hour
Working Pattern: 4 days on, 4 days off – 42 hours per week

We’re looking for a reliable and confident Security Officer to join our team at Diageo Menstrie.
In this key frontline role, you’ll play a vital part in maintaining site safety and protecting people, property, and assets. Working a regular shift pattern, you'll be the face of security for employees, contractors, and visitors – providing professional support and assistance at all times.
Main Responsibilities
Control access and egress to the site in line with procedures
Monitor CCTV systems and patrol the site regularly
Complete detailed reports and incident logs as required
Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring a safe environment
Respond promptly and appropriately to incidents, alarms, and emergencies
Support wider site security measures in line with BS7858 standards
What We’re Looking For
A valid SIA Security Guard Licence is essential
First Aid qualification is essential
Confidence and flexibility to work independently and in a team
Basic PC skills and ability to complete written reports
Previous experience in a similar security role is preferred
