About the job:

At Sodexo we run an efficient high-quality service, and we have an exciting opportunity for a Security Administrator to join our busy team!

As the first point of contact for all visitors on-site, You'll need a keen eye for detail by ensuring relevant documents are held for all, whilst also overseeing all visitors have been inducted onto site correctly!

Top notch admin skills are required as you will maintain detailed records of an approved car pass system! Along with ensuring electronic passes on site are valid, in date and being used accurately.

You’ll be self-motivated, with super effective time management skills and the ability to prioritise heavy workloads.

You'll have excellent communication skills, and be able to complete monthly reports on all things admin- so bring your IT skills with you!

An SIA license and some knowledge around security operations is desirable, however if not we would still love to hear from you! As Sodexo embodies a real passion for dedication and willingness!!
