Night Shift Security Officer
Location: Diageo Baileys, Nangor Road, Dublin 12
Working Pattern: Week 1 – 4 days, Week 2 – 3 days | 19:00–07:00
Contract Type: Permanent
Hourly Rate: €14.60
Working Hours: 40 per week
Vetting Requirements: Security Vetting
Qualifications Required: PSA Licence (Essential)

Main Responsibilities
Provide static security services to protect the site, personnel, and visitors during night shifts
Monitor CCTV systems and complete regular patrols in line with site protocols
Respond to incidents quickly and effectively, ensuring all security procedures are followed
Manage access control, including checking ID and maintaining visitor logs
Complete daily reports and handovers accurately and on time
Communicate clearly and professionally with onsite teams and emergency services where necessary
The Ideal Candidate
Holds a valid PSA Licence
Has experience in static security roles, preferably within a corporate or manufacturing environment
Demonstrates professionalism, reliability, and a calm approach under pressure
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
