As our Healthcare’s Segment Salesforce specialist, you will be supporting the business development team managing, administrating and promoting the use of Salesforce together with the management of opportunity/tender tracker programmes. You will be supporting the Partnerships Director with future growth opportunities.

Role Responsibility
Monitoring the tender portals for emerging healthcare opportunities
Uploading notices and documents to the relevant portals
Manage, administrate and promote the use of Salesforce across Sodexo Healthcare, linking into global Healthcare and regional growth teams to identify and build best practice, ensuring a detailed live view of the UK&I pipeline is always available
Manage dashboards, reports, forms, templates, standard and custom fields and work with end-users to provide best practices and tips on Salesforce usage, including documentation and support as necessary
Stay current with Salesforce releases and corresponding documentation, sharing insight into new functionalities and solutions on packages releases.
As requested by the Partnerships Director, the preparation of professional, accurate and relevant periodic and ad hoc reports for internal use
Manage Sodexo’s opportunity/tender tracker programmes on behalf of Sodexo Healthcare to identify opportunities coming to market and help validate information in the current pipeline
Supporting the Partnerships Director with future growth opportunities and providing sales administration
- A key part of the role will be working with the operators to update Salesforce with day-to-day operational information. Broadly this will be 25-50% of the role requirement.
The Ideal Candidate
Essential
Good knowledge of the Healthcare industry
Strong communication skills
Good attention to detail
Good time management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
Desirable
Experiences with Reporting tools is a plus
Outbound call experience
Package Description
