RightTime Administrative Support
Job Introduction
Due to business growth we are looking to recruit an administrative support role on a 2 years fixed term contract to join our dynamic team. The role will be office based, in our Salford Office.
As WFM administrative support you will be responsible for providing administrative tasks related to setting up elements of the workforce management system used by “RightTime” which will require skills with Microsoft products. Supporting the deployment of the WFM Improvement Management Programme and subsequent profit and performance improvement plans.
The function will support the company’s strategic ambition of Improving our Competitiveness by aiding the build of systems that will have a positive impact on profit and revenues.
This role would ideally suit an administrator with experience of Microsoft products and technical systems. You must have experience of data processing in a role involving systems set up and maintenance. This is a challenging yet exciting and varied role, you will work with all segments across all services across Sodexo.

The Ideal Candidate
Essential
- Strong administrative experience
- Excellent team organisation and coordination skills
- High levels of computer literacy – Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Powerpoint, MS Visio and Outlook
- Excellent communications skills
Desirable
- Good knowledge of project planning and coordination
- Experience of SAP
- Experience of a data base management system
- Process mapping techniques
