Reprographics Officer

Job Description:

As a Reprographics Officer at Merville Barracks, Circular Road South, Colchester You'll be responsible for providing reprographics support to all units in Colchester. You're the one with the skills to ensure all reprographic requisitions in a timely manner.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide timely and accurate reprographic support to all Units/Formations for Operations, Exercises, Community Engagement, Official Functions, and Brigade and Garrison business as usual activity.
  • All documents and copies shall be clear, legible, accurate, produced in the correct quantity and format, finished as required (e.g. collated laminated, binding and trimming) and provided to the relevant Authority Personnel within the stipulated time (acting reasonably).
  • Provide reprographic counter services and provide advice and guidance on reprographic productions.
  • Produce, collate and bind multi-page documents using stapler, hole punch and guillotine.
  • Laminate maps, charts and other originals as requested.
  • Manage supply of stationery, government forms and publications.
  • Undertake general maintenance or reprographic equipment and receive familiarisation/formal training on all office equipment. To Liaise with the current contractor for Reprographics Equipment for H&S checks, Maintenance and Repairs.
  • Keep a record of reprographic requisitions of jobs for 1 year.
