Regional Head of Food & Catering Operations
Location: Hybrid with regular travel to the client sites (3 days a week)
Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 + Car allowance

Sodexo have a fantastic new opportunity for an experienced Food & Catering Operations professional to join our established team working at the Amex offices based predominantly in the Brighton head office & also the smaller London sites.
Focusing on the high quality & consistent delivery of all the food services that Sodexo offer at the Amex sites, whilst also being the main point of contact for the senior leadership team of the client, you will be at the forefront of our operations.
Working closely with your Sodexo leaders and the client team, you will bring a real passion for professional food service delivery.
For this you will be rewarded with a role that offers a broad scope for development and progression both working with Amex and the wider portfolio of Sodexo clients.
Regular travel (3 days a week) will be required to the Brighton office whilst establishing yourself in the role, with occasional travel also required to the other client sites.

About You
Experience and knowledge requirement for this role:
- Experience in managing multi-site operations
- Demonstrable track record of developing successful operational strategies across a broad portfolio of high-quality food & catering services.
- Financial acumen is essential with commercial experience and business acumen
- Exceptional client relationship management skills
- Considerable experience in contract catering & sector technical service delivery
- Proven financial acumen essential with commercial experience and business acumen.
- Track record of initiating and leading demanding business change programmes
- Experience in identifying new business.
